Genuinely saddened by the recent decision to remove the coffeehouse from the greenhouse with seemingly no warning or input from the customer. What made this place special—truly unique—was the experience of sitting in the middle of the greenhouse with a coffee, surrounded by plants, water, and quiet conversation. It wasn’t just a coffee stop. It was a retreat. A place to slow down in the middle of a chaotic world. Moving the coffee service to the main lobby and removing the seating from the greenhouse takes away what made this location so meaningful for so many of us. It feels like the heart of the experience has been lost. I understand businesses need to evolve, but this change seems to have been made without considering what loyal visitors valued most. I hope you’ll reconsider how to bring back some form of that original greenhouse experience. It was something truly special—and rare.

Atmosphere beautiful with lots of seating outdoors. Matcha lattes are very mid here. Ordered a matcha latte twice and both times it had large chucks of matcha at the bottom. When I asked the server about it, she said that’s how matchas are and if I ask for another it would come out the same way.

Cutest coffee shop… the atmosphere is so peaceful. Such a great idea to place a coffee shop in the middle of a nursery. Loved it, and the coffee was great as well. Definitely coming back every Sunday morning, it was so peaceful being out there.

Best vibes in all of the greater KC area! Spacious and clean, feels like being inside a Ghibli movie. Even in the winter, it’s warm so you can go “outside.” So refreshing and beautiful! The cafe is in the back after you walk through the store.
